New visitor at iCourts - Miroslaw Granat

Professor Miroslaw Granat graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Poland. He obtained a PhD in law in 1985, completed his habilitation in 1995 and has since 2004 been a full professor of law.
Since 2004 he has been employed at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw as the head of the Department of Constitutional Law.
Between 2007 and 2016 he was a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal of Poland.
His research interests include, among others, theory of constitutional law, in particular the principles of law, constitutional change and constitutional identity. Professor Granat has published around 200 scientific works, including a few books.
