New visitor at iCourts - Kathleen Claussen

Kathleen Claussen is Associate Professor of Law at the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to joining the Miami Law faculty, Professor Claussen was Associate General Counsel at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative in the Executive Office of the President.
There, she represented the United States in international trade dispute proceedings and served as a legal advisor for the United States in international trade negotiations. Professor Claussen was previously Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
Her primary teaching areas and interests include: international economic law, dispute settlement & procedure, foreign relations and international security issues, and other areas of public and private international law. She received her J.D. from the Yale Law School where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of International Law.
