New visitor at iCourts - Anna Dziedzic

Anna Dziedzic is a PhD Candidate at Melbourne Law School at the University of Melbourne, Australia. She is also co-convenor of the Constitution Transformation Network at Melbourne Law School. She researches across the field of comparative constitutional law and has a particular interest in the constitutional systems of the Asia-Pacific region. Her doctoral thesis examines the use of foreign judges on domestic courts of constitutional jurisdiction in Pacific island states.  During her stay at iCourts, her research will focus on questions about the accountability and legitimacy of foreign judges, in particular by drawing on theories of legitimacy developed in relation to international judges
