Practical information

Travelling to Copenhagen

When you arrive in Copenhagen Airport, you may use the metro or a taxi from the airport to get to the Ceremonial Hall. The journey from Copenhagen Airport to the Ceremonial Hall takes approximately 25 minutes.

The Metro service runs from the far end of the arrival hall in Terminal 3 to Nørreport metro station. The Ceremonial Hall is a five-minute walk from Nørreport metro station.

You can purchase tickets from the metro ticket machines located in all metro stations. The machines accept Danish coins and all major credit cards. A 3-zone single ticket costs DKK 36 / 5 Euro. You need three zones from the airport to the city center. Metro tickets may be used on buses and trains as well.

Plan your journey here.

If you prefer to take a taxi (about 30 Euro), you can pay with almost any credit card in any taxi in Copenhagen.
