I am conducting research on the legal security status of VAT payers within the administrative system. Since VAT law is part of special administrative law, and the basic principles of administrative law, administrative law is part of the project. In addition, EU law and the Charter of Fundamental Rights form a large part of the thesis, as the background law of VAT law is EU law.
