You can turn up in person and get help with such things as course and exam registration, deadlines, and general rules on your degree programme in the Student Information:
- in the Legal Knowledge Centre, Mondays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 15:00.
- at temporary pop-up stalls on Studiestræde, for example during registration for courses, exams, and master’s theses or for getting Learning Agreements signed.
You can always download an unverified transcript of your grades and proof of enrolment through Self-Service.
Order documents as a student at the Faculty of Law
We can send the following verified (signed) documents to your KUmail within 24 hours:
- Transcript of grades
- Proof that you are a student (e.g., for your dorm).
Furthermore, you can receive the following verified (signed and stamped) documents within five working days:
- Confirmation that you are enrolled and actively studying at the Faculty of Law
- A status of your progress so far on your degree programme
- Transcript of grades.
You can have the documents sent by post (also in a sealed envelope), to your KUmail, or you can pick them up in the Legal Knowledge Centre. If you have specific requests for the content, you can write them in the form’s comment field.
Are you a former student at the Faculty of Law?
- Request a transcript of grades and confirmation of completed bachelor and master’s degrees
- Request confirmation of previous enrolment and study activity
- Order an academic conduct report
- Request a ranking of your completed bachelor or master's degree programme (only possible for degree programmes completed after September 2008).

- A copy of your diploma:
If you have lost your original diploma, and it is still available in the faculty archive, you can get a verified copy in the form of a PDF. Request a copy by writing to beviser@jur.ku.dk.
- The PhD programme:
If you need documentation from your PhD programme, please contact phd@hrsc.ku.dk.

Do you want to discuss your career deliberations, and do you want to know more about career opportunities with the law degree programme? Then you can book a session with a guidance counsellor. In the Student and Career Guidance at the Faculty of Law, we are here to help you during your studies – from orientation until graduation.
The guidance counsellors are trained in conversation techniques and coaching. We start by highlighting the opportunities you have on your degree programme based on your situation and specific wishes.
If you are not yet a student, but are thinking about studying law, we can also help with answers to your questions about the degree programme.
We have a duty of confidentiality. You can therefore share your thoughts and considerations in confidence.
