Charges of Nicotinamide Adenine nucleotides and Adenylate Energy Charge as regulatory parameters of the metabolism in Eschericia coli

NADH/(NADH+NAD), NADPH/(NADPH+NADP) and (ATP+½ADP)/(ATP+ADP+AMP) respectively has the values 0.05, 0.45 and 0.9 during steady state growth. The changes of the charges during changes of growth are examined.
