2) Host for Marie Curie fellow Maria Herranz (Project: KinoRoot):

             - The evolution of kinorhynch segmentation

             - Nervous and muscular systems in kinorhynchs

             - Transcriptomic kinorhynch phylogeny

3) Morphological studies of microscopic invertebrates: Loricifera, Priapulida, Gnathostomulida, Rotifera, Micrognathozoa, a.o.

4) Metazoan phylogeny and evolution

Morphology, taxonomy and phylogeny of Kinorhyncha, Loricifera and Priapulida. In addition, taxonomy and phylogeny of the gnathiferan taxa: Rotifera, Gnathostomulida and Micrognathozoa.
