    Since 2003 Mads Bryde Andersen has been the chief editor of section B of the Weekly Law Journal ("Ugeskrift for Retsvæsen"). Since 1992 he has also been involved in the publication of Dansih court decisions on section A of the same journal.

    Mads Bryde Andersen has been chairman of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet, 2014-2016), The Danish Radio and TV Council (Radio- og TV-nævnet, 2012-2016), The Danish Government IT Security Council (IT-sikkerhedsrådet, 1995-2002), the Deposite Guarantee Found for Depositors and Investors (Indskydergarantifonden, 2008-2012, in the years 2003-2008 as vice-chairman) and of the Danish Copyright Society (Dansk Selskab for Ophavsret, 2003-2011). He has been a member of the Danish Government Committees regarding legislation for Advocates (2004-2006, for the last half year as its chairman), television surveillance (2005-2006), the electronic land registration (1996-2000, chairman) and data protection (1996-1997).
