A Proposal for Gender Parity on Slovakia’s Constitutional Court

Diversity comes in many forms. This contribution focuses on one in particular: gender. There is currently a disproportionate over-representation of men on the Slovak Constitutional Court in contrast to the demographics of the professional judiciary.

The analysis is based on original data-set built after a successful Freedom of Information request to the National Council.
