- 15 April for applicants wishing to study in the autumn semester/study start in September
- 15 September for applicants wishing to study in the spring semester/study start in February
Application deadlines
- 1 May for applicants wishing to study in the autumn semester/study start in September
- 1 October for applicants wishing to study in the spring semester/study start in February
Reply regarding admission
- In late May for applicants wishing to study in the autumn semester
- In mid-October for applicants wishing to study in the spring semester
Nomination and Application Procedures
An online nomination and application system is used which requires login and password on University Partners. Every year, usually in February we send revised login and password information to all our partner universities. Once our exchange partners have nominated their students, they will receive an invitation with a link to the online application form from the International Education and Grants Office in Copenhagen.
We encourage our exchange partners to nominate their students as soon as possible and then ask the students to complete their application forms as soon as possible in order to improve their chances of being given a housing offer in Copenhagen
