Tobias Gomez Chevalier

Tobias Gomez Chevalier is a lawyer specialising in energy and environmental law, with professional experience in renewable energy projects, distributed generation, electricity regulation, and the implementation of blockchain-based tokenization technologies in Argentina. He is currently a PhD candidate in International Relations at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, where his thesis investigates how Argentina’s international insertion in renewable electricity infrastructure financing (2016–2026) is shaped by global financial regimes, national energy policy, the diffusion of emerging digital technologies, and the structural constraints faced by peripheral economies.
