Arctic Shipping: Climate Implications and Climate Effects from a Canadian Perspective

This project will entail a two-part exploration. First, it will examine the changing conditions in the Arctic that are being brought about by climate change, and what the implications of these changes are for global shipping. Secondly, it will consider what role that shipping plays in contributing to climate change, particularly in the Arctic context. This project will give specific consideration to the Canadian perspective on these interrelated issues. 

While on the Climate Desk, Spencer will contribute to the InterAct Project.
