Romeo Porsing

Romeo Porsing's project examines Danish and EU law governing the authorisation, establishment, and operation of nuclear test facilities, research facilities, and commercial operations involving Small Modular Reactor (SMR) and Molten Salt Reactor (MSR) technology in Denmark.

The primary focus is to assess the extent to which existing permitting regimes are legally and procedurally capable of accommodating emerging reactor technologies.

Furthermore, the project evaluates regulatory gaps, legal constraints, and potential pathways for integrating such technologies into current and future Danish regulation.
