The Energy Communities - seen through the legal lens

In this thesis, the attention will be focused on the role of the Energy Communities in the new energy scenarios. It will be analyzed the European framework and regulations with special attention to their implementation in several countries. The varieties of legal forms of energy communities and the obligation of Member States to mutual recognition. It will also be analyzed the role of the Renewable Energy Community in the Repower EU project.

The project is supervised by Assistant Professor Alessandro Monti.
