Sophie Dukarm

Sophie Dukarm is a PhD student and a research and teaching assistant at the Institute of European Law at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland). Her research lies at the intersection between European (environmental) law and international law. Her doctoral project examines standing for climate litigants before the CJEU in light of procedural guarantees under international law. She holds a DU LLM in international law from Université Paris Cité and a Magistra iuris (Mag. iur.) from the University of Vienna.
