Haris Huremagić

Haris Huremagić Haris Huremagić is a Researcher within the DFG-funded research project “Peacekeeping in the Anthropocene: Changing Law for a Changing Climate (PeaceCLaCC)” and PhD Candidate in International Law at the Geneva Graduate Institute. He holds a Magister iuris degree (combined Bachelor and Master of Laws) from the University of Vienna, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), and a Bachelor of Arts in Slavonic Studies from the University of Vienna. Previously, Haris worked as a Judicial Fellow at the International Court of Justice and as a Legal Officer in the Office of the Legal Adviser of the Austrian Foreign Ministry. His research focuses on international environmental and human rights law, the law of treaties, dispute settlement and international legal theory.
