Climate Law Journal

CLIMA's Head of the Centre Beatriz Martinez Romera is the new Editor-in-Chief of the journal Climate Law. Established in 2010, Climate Law publishes peer-reviewed articles on climate change law-related topics at the international, regional, domestic, and local levels. Climate Law is grounded in the understanding that climate change law does not exist in isolation but interacts with many other areas of law, such as other environmental issues, energy, human rights or trade law.
