Benedetta Virginia Freddi

Benedetta Virginia Freddi is a Master’s student in Law at the University of Trento. Her master's thesis research explores how the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union influences national legal systems in matters concerning administrative liability for environmental harm. An important area of investigation in the dissertation is the precautionary principle and its role in shaping governmental and corporate actions in environmental matters. Benedetta’s main research interests include European Law, Environmental Law, and Constitutional Law.
