Lauge Poulsen is Professor of International Relations & Law at University College London. Since 2021, Poulsen has been Chair of OECD’s inter-governmental work programme on climate change and investment law. Previously, he served as specialist adviser to the International Trade Committee in the House of Commons and was advisor to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 2017 to 2020. In 2022, Poulsen was appointed OBE (Officer of the British Empire) for services to UK trade policy.
