Filippo Garelli is a PhD candidate in Public, Comparative and International Law at Sapienza University of Rome (Department of Political Science), curriculum International Order and Human Rights. 
His PhD research focuses on the role of the Green Climate Fund as a potential tool for integrating sustainable development in the field of International and Human Rights law. Filippo’s main research interests are related to International Law, Human Rights Law and International Climate Change Law.
