Goran Dominioni

Goran Dominioni is Assistant Professor in Law at the Dublin City University School of Law and Government, Ireland. His primary research interests are Climate Change Law and Fiscal Policy for Climate Change. His research has appeared in Climate Policy, Journal of Environmental Law, and Arizona Law Review and was awarded prizes from various institutions, including the MIT, Yale Law School, and the World Bank. Goran was a member of the team that wrote the World Bank flagship report “State and Trends of Carbon Pricing 2019”, and he co-authored the World Bank report "Carbon Revenues From International Shipping: Enabling an Effective and Equitable Energy Transition" (2022). Prior to joining DCU, Goran graduated from Yale Law School and Erasmus University Rotterdam. Goran has held visiting research positions at Cornell Law School and UC Louvain and frequently consults for various units of the World Bank.
