Stefania De Angelis’ lunch seminar will investigate the legal qualification of ‘good air’ with particular regard to the legal aspects of the most important consequences of air pollution, the responsibility of the state and individuals with respect to climate protection and the consequent impact on the fundamental right to health, and the potential support of artificial intelligence systems in the challenge of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

About the speaker
Stefania De Angelis is a doctoral candidate at the University of Calabria, Italy. She is a qualified lawyer since 2017, and she specializes in civil law. The title of her current research is ‘Health and air pollution, the contribution of artificial intelligence’.
