Environmental Impact Assessment and Climate Change

Talk with Benoit Mayer, Professor of Climate Law, University of Reading, and Peter Pagh, Professor, Center for erhvervsret og offentlig regulering, UCPH.

The Danish Climate and Energy Law Society is inviting students who are interested in Environmental Impact Assessment and Climate Change – Comparative Perspectives, in particular for energy projects.

Climate change increasingly raises important questions for environmental impact assessment (EIA). With this event, we wish to explore how EIA frameworks engage with climate change concerns, in particular for energy projects, and how these challenges are addressed across jurisdictions and in Denmark.
