Course on Green Hydrogen

Building on the project RIGHydro “Regulatory Innovation to Incentivize Green Hydrogen” funded by the Innovation Fund Denmark, this hybrid course offers deep insights into the EU and Denmark’s Hydrogen laws and policies.

The knowledge acquired with this course will provide participants with a legal toolbox relevant to the deployment of green hydrogen projects. 

Who are we looking for?

The course is open to industrial stakeholders, researchers, market practitioners, project officers, lawyers, civil servants, and NGOs who are working in or interested in hydrogen-related fields.

What you can expect

One day event:

  • Morning session (2 hours)

Lectures focusing on introduction, theoretical, legal and policy progress related to the green hydrogen deployment and market development in the EU and Denmark. In addition, international perspectives will also be provided in this course.

  • Afternoon session (2 hours)

Case studies, discussions, and practice exercises. This session will focus mainly on Danish cases. Concrete examples shown in those cases present specific challenges and issues in real-world context, which can be addressed by legal consulting based on what is presented in the morning session.

  • Lunch will be served.
  • Certificate of Attendance will be provided once you complete the course.
