Goran Dominioni

Goran Dominioni is Assistant Professor in Law at the Dublin City University School of Law and Government, Ireland. He holds an LLM from Yale Law School and a PhD from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, University of Bologna, and University of Hamburg. His primary research interests are Climate Change Law and Policy and Behavioral Law & Economics. Goran has held visiting research positions at Cornell Law School and UC Louvain and frequently consults for various units of the World Bank.
Goran was a member of the team that wrote the World Bank flagship report “State and Trends of Carbon Pricing 2019”. He is also the author of “Biased Trials: Insights from Behavioral Law and Economics”, which he presented during his research stay at CILG.
