Eric Seifriz

Visiting Stay: August – December 2021

Eric is a third-year law student at the University of Virginia, School of Law, in the United States, where he is the Submissions Editor for the Virginia Environmental Law Journal and a Fellow with the Program in Law and Public Service.

In 2021, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Yale University Center for Environmental Law & Policy. Prior to this, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, served as a research assistant for the UW-Madison Political Science Department, and worked in state government for the Wisconsin state senate.

During his stay at CILG, he develops his research project titled “A Comparative Look at the Components of Environmental Federalism in the United States Versus in Denmark and Wider Europe: How the European Union and Denmark can Inform the Effective Implementation of Environmental Policies in the United States”.
