Prof. Jens Schovsbo elected as President-Elect of ATRIP

Jens Schovsbo has been elected as President-Elect of the International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property (ATRIP) (http://atrip.org/). He has been a member of the Executive Committee for the past years. As the name indicates it is the purpose of ATRIP to contribute to the advancement of teaching and research in the field of the law of intellectual property. There are currently approx. 300 members of the Association. Amongst its main activities ATRIP organizes a yearly conference. This year’s conference takes place at Victoria University, Wellington, Nez Zealand which is the home university of the Past President, Susy Frankel. As President-Elect Jens Schovsbo will assistant the current President, Professor Daniel Gervais, Vanderbilt University, in managing the organization and planning the next conferences. According to the statutes Jens Schovsbo will become President in 2019.
