EUIPO Study by CIIR-members now available

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) has just published this report, which maps and analyzes the legislative instruments that are available to rightholders and authorities, including prosecutors, in their efforts to combat online infringements of trademarks, copyrights and neighboring rights. The project was commissioned to the UCPH Faculty of Law (CIIR) by the EUIPO and was conducted by Thomas Riis, Thomas Elholm (then Syddansk Universitet), Ana Nordberg (now Lunds Universitet), Sebastian Schwemer and Knud Wallberg in collaboration with the EUIPO.
