CECS compete in DHL Relay Run (Stafetten) 2017 in Fælledparken
The Centre for Comparative and European Constitutional Studies (CECS), Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen competed in the annual DHL Relay Run (Stafetten) in Fælledparken, Copenhagen on Friday 1 September 2017.
The CECS Team for 2017, consisting of Matteo Bottero, Stine Frey, Katarina Hovden, Acur Kutay, and Cornelius Rust Wiesener, posted a time of 2 hrs, 14 minutes and 49 seconds for the twenty-five kilometre run, with each running the five kilometre course once. CECS finished in 1,074th place overall, out of a total of 2,917 teams taking part in the run.
About the DHL Relay Run:
The DHL Relay Run (Stafetten) is an annual five-day relay race, which takes place in one of central Copenhagen’s largest parks, Fælledparken. In 2017, the DHL Stafetten took place from Monday 28 August to Friday 1 September and organised by the Danish Athletic and Running Club (Sparta). The race is run in teams of five, running a total of twenty-five kilometres divided equally. Each year, the race is run by more than 100,000 people from thousands of different institutions and companies throughout the state. For more on the DHL Relay Run, click here.
