Sebastian von Massow will discuss EU Trade with Occupied Territories, and Jacob van de Beeten will present on the theme of the Enabling Court: How the European Court of Justice makes EU law work. Hanna Eklund will moderate.

Sebastian von Massow is a Postdoctoral Researcher at CECS and Jacob van de Beeten a MSCA Fellow at the Saxo Institute. The New EU Law Seminar Series organised by the EU Law Research Group is meant to present and promote avant garde research in EU law.
