CeBIL Director and Professor Timo Minssen has been invited to give the commemorative speech at the University of Copenhagen’s Commemoration Ceremony (Københavns Universitets Årsfest).
The Commemoration Ceremony is the most prestigious event held by the University of Copenhagen. The event is held in celebration of the foundation of the University and has been held ever since 1479, when the University of Copenhagen was founded. The commemoration is held on the third Friday in November with participation from the Royal Family.
The University management invites more than 700 internal and external guests for the Commemoration Ceremony. These are representatives of the University's employees and students, of research councils, funds, ministries and other close partners as well as the University's different prize winners, appointed doctors and honorary doctors of the year.
