Welcome to Life Science Law Festival arranged by the student association Argument and CeBIL – Centre for advanced studies in biomedical Innovation Law

Regulatory instruments, IPR, competition law and innovative contracts in the life science area pose significant interpretive- and ethical challenges and the backbone of business models and innovation in the life science sector. The life science sector is a key player when it comes to developing innovative solutions on the future health challenges. The Danish life sector is amongst the most innovative and progressive globally, counting several strong, international players in the pharmaceutical- biotech- and medtech areas. However, the business landscape is changing as new technologies develop, new scientific knowledge evolves and governance systems changes.

You are therefore cordially invited to an exciting day where researchers, industry and law firms will debate and present some of the latest developments and have their say on what legal challenges lies ahead for a life science sector in rapid development.
