CeBIL core partner Glenn Cohen publishes article in JAMA journal

CeBIL core partner, Professor Glenn Cohen at Harvard´s Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics, has published his latest work at the the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).

The publication draws on the recent case of Dinerstein v Google to address key challenges in the intersection of patient data sharing, privacy concerns and the legal and regulatory challenges that arise therefrom.
