The International Network for Antimicrobial Resistance Social Science (INAMRSS) invites you to join us on June 2, 2021 at 10:00 EST (16h00 CEST) for our virtual spring conference. We will be hosting a webinar discussing the topic of a proposed international pandemics treaty and its relevance to our work on antimicrobial resistance. The webinar will open with a brief ten-minute presentation highlighting the similar actions needed for a pandemics treaty and an AMR treaty, followed by a ten-minute presentation on what a comprehensive legal instrument for addressing pandemics (including AMR) could look like. We will then hear from four provocateurs who will each share five-minute initial reflections and ideas on the potential treaties from their unique perspectives. The remaining 45 minutes will be devoted to open discussion and dialogue among webinar participants.
