This Friday, 1 April, senior EU diplomat Søren Liborius will share his perspectives on how the war in Ukraine will change the EU and the wider West. Professor Marlene Wind will introduce and moderate the discussion.

Søren Liborius works as a senior diplomat in EU’s External Action Service in Brussels. He was the Head of Press and Information at the EU Delegation in Russia from 2011-2016.
