CEVIA's special issue in Nordic Journal of Commercial Law

It is with a great pleasure to share our newest publication at CEVIA. Last week a special issue of Nordic Journal of Commercial Law was published with five articles, 148 pages in total and eight authors analysing various legal aspects of CSR and sustainability. These articles represent in part the outcomes of CEVIA’s 2016 conference ”To pursue or not to pursue CSR goals: legal risks & liabilities”.

This special issue came into being under auspices of three guest editors, Professor Vibe Garf Ulfbeck (director of CEVIA, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen), Assistant Professor Kateřina Peterková Mitkidis (PhD, INTRAlaw Center, Department of Law, Aarhus University), and Assistant Professor Alexandra Horváthová (LL.M., S.J.D., CEVIA, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen).

We are extremely thankful to our authors for their hard work and cooperation.
