About the centre
Centre for Enterprise Liability is a research centre at the Law Faculty at the University of Copenhagen. The objective of the centre is to describe the interplay between public and private law rules and perspectives in relation to enterprise liability. At the moment centre staff members count 10 researchers covering a broad variety of topics such as construction law, IT law, transportation law, insurance law, health law, human rights, and general tort law, contract law, public law and procedural law. Work in the centre is focused on research projects that are carried out in cooperation between researchers in the centre with support from practitioners and international cooperating parties.
