New Visitor at iCourts - Scott Stephenson

Scott Stephenson is a J.S.D. Candidate at Yale University where he is writing on the rights instruments in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. His research interests are in the fields of administrative, comparative, constitutional and human rights law and theory. For two years he served as Tutor-in-Law at Yale Law School and in 2012 he was awarded the Fox International Fellowship to spend a year undertaking research at Cambridge University. Prior to coming to Yale, he worked at the High Court of Australia, first as the Court’s Legal Research Officer and then as Associate (Law Clerk) to Justice Virginia Bell AC. His recent publications include ‘Constitutional Reengineering: Dialogue’s Migration from Canada to Australia’ (2013) 11 International Journal of Constitutional Law 870 and ‘Federalism and Rights Deliberation’ (2014) 38(2) Melbourne University Law Review (forthcoming).
