Fabbrini edits Special Issue of Maastricht Journal on Gauweiler

The Maastricht Journal of European & Comparative Law has just published a Special Issue on "The European Court of Justice, the European Central Bank and the Supremacy of EU Law" edited by Federico Fabbrini. The Special Issue focuses on the June 2015 Gauweiler case, in which the European Court of Justice answered the first preliminary reference by the German Constitutional Court and upheld the outright monetary transaction program of the European Central Bank.

The Special Issue collects 12 papers originally presented at the Conference Federico Fabbrini convened at iCourts in September 2015, including the articles by 3 constitutional court judges, and can be cited as follows: Federico Fabbrini (ed), "The European Court of Justice, the European Central Bank, and the Supremacy of EU Law" Special Issue (2016) 23 Maastricht Journal of European & Comparative Law 1.
