New article by Mikael Rask Madsen and Jonas Christoffersen

In the chapter Denmark and the Europeanization of Human Rights: From Export Business to Domestic Battleground, Mikael Rask Madsen and Jonas Christoffersen explores the changing position of European human rights in Danish law and politics since the end of the Second World War. The analysis shows how, on the one hand, human rights have increasingly become a key issue of domestic law and, on the other hand, how it remains to this day somewhat unresolved how the political apparatus should integrate human rights in their practices.
