  • General rate: DKK 4,090 / € 545
  • Special academic rate: DKK 1,840 / € 245

The special rate is available to full-time students, those holding full-time academic appointments (proof of full-time status may be required) and to part-time research students.

Please note that VAT is not added on conference payments in Denmark, and therefore is not deductible. 

The following items are included in the participant fee:

  • 2 days of conference sessions;
  • full documentation for all workshops, not just those attended;
  • lunch both days;
  • interval refreshments;
  • buffet dinner on 8 September (if required);

Participants must register at the Registration Desk (Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel) upon arrival at the conference. Please remember to bring your confirmation of participation.

Registration/Hospitality desk - opening hours during the conference

  • Thursday 9 September 08.00-11:50 hrs.
  • Friday 10 September 08.00-11:40 hrs.

Payment must be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) to the order of Global Revolution V, c/o DIS Congress Service and remitted as follows:

  • by bank transfer to account No. 4180- 4180 566481 (globalrev5) - IBAN No. DK7230004180566481, Swift code: DABADKKK in Danske Bank, Frederiksberggade 1, DK-1459 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
  • By electronic invoice (only for Danish delegates). På grund af den lange ekspeditionstid for EAN-fakturaer, er denne betalingsmåde ikke mulig senere end 30 dage før konference start.
  • by charging your Credit Card

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state globalrev5 and participant's name on all money transfers to the Conference Secretariat.

If you have made a late payment, please bring copy of payment to the conference.

Confirmation

The confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to the individual conference participant. Registrations received after 6 September will be processed on site and will not release a written confirmation. Registration made after that date may lead to minor delays at the registration desks in connection with the issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.

It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors, please contact DIS Congress Service by email as soon as possible.

Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)

Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of DKK 400 provided an e-mail of non-attendance is send to globalrev5@discongress.com before 16 August 2010. If cancellation is made after this date a refund of 50 % can be expected.

Name change can be made within the same company.
