The Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel is the conference main hotel and located only five minutes drive from Copenhagen's city centre and 15 minutes drive from Copenhagen International Airport. The 542 rooms are decorated in six different styles - all with full facilities. A free facility is High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) giving fast and reliable access to the Internet. The hotel has its own parking facilities against a parking fee. Radisson Free entrance to fitness centre, sauna & swimming pool. SAS Scandinavia also boasts Casino Copenhagen and four restaurants; "The Dining Room" at the 25th floor, "Mamas and Papas", the Japanese "Kyoto" and Thai "The Blue Elephant".

Metro is located 300 meters from the hotel and has only 1 stop to the city centre.

Deposit, cancellation and changes
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants' hotel bill upon check-out.

In case of cancellation or changes: Before 1 August 2010, the deposit will be refunded. Between 1 August and 20 August, 2010, the deposit will only be refunded if conference organisers are able to allocate the room to another guest. After 20 August, 2010, no refund of hotel deposit will be made. Please note that in case of cancellation all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer also in case of no-show.

All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service in writing and not to the hotel.
