The hotel is located just behind Tivoli Gardens in the heart of Copenhagen. All 350 rooms have private bath, toilet, television, telephone and an electric kettle with free tea and coffee. All standard rooms have bunk beds. Rooms are available especially for wheelchair users. 24 -hour reception. The hotel has a breakfast restaurant and its own parking facilities. Only a few minutes' walk from Tivoli Gardens, the City Hall Square, Strøget and the Central Station.

Single DKK 545 / € 73 per night
Double DKK 675 / € 90 per night

All prices are incl. VAT and taxes. Please note that the final hotel bill will be settled in DKK.

Deposit, cancellation and changes
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants' hotel bill upon check-out.

In case of cancellation or changes: Before 1 August 2010, the deposit will be refunded. Between 1 August and 20 August, 2010, the deposit will only be refunded if conference organisers are able to allocate the room to another guest. After 20 August, 2010, no refund of hotel deposit will be made. Please note that in case of cancellation all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer also in case of no-show.

All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service in writing and not to the hotel.
