Thesis writing within the research area of the FOCOFIMA

Below is a link to subjects suitable for thesis writing within the research area of the FOCOFIMA research centre. Other subjects are possible and it is no obstacle that a subject has been written about by others as long as they are not plagiarised.

Subjects suitable for thesis writing (Some subjects are in English)

When you have found a subject, you will need a tutor. As a main rule, Prof Jan Schans Christensen will serve as a tutor on subjects within Company Law, whereas Prof Jesper Lau Hansen will serve as a tutor on subjects within Financial Markets Law. However, some subjects overlap and some subjects are within the expertise of other professors. We advice that you contact either Jan or Jesper and they will guide you further.
