FOCOFIMA joins SSRN working paper series
Together with its Nordic collaborators in the Network of Social Science Research Network (SSRN), FOCOFIMA has created a new working paper series on Nordic company and stock exchange law. The series is called the Nordic & European Company Law Working Paper Series.
SSRN is a global and web-based network for publication of research and the purpose of the new series is to raise the international profile of Nordic researchers' research activities. Today, SSRN is estimated to be the most used channel for seeking legal research publications within e.g. company law, and therefore it will be able to contribute to the Nordic researchers' work becoming better known internationally than it is today, and thus also have the opportunity to influence the international legal development.
