Invitation to Evalutation Seminar - Biju Sreekumari

All interested are kindly invited to participate in LLM Biju Sreekumari's evaluation seminar of his Ph.D.-project, entitled:

Corporate governance vis-à-vis protection of minority shareholders - A comparative study of the Takeover Regulations of jurisdictions in Europe and Asia.

The seminar takes place on Monday 27 February, 2012, from 15:00-17:00, meeting room, 02-1-38, Studiestraede 6, first floor.

External commentator at the seminar is Professor Caspar Rose, Copenhagen Business School.

Supervisor of the project, Professor Jesper Lau Hansen, will act as chairman of the seminar.
