Personal details

17 April 1967

Born in Svendborg, Funen, Denmark, as the second daughter of  Lis and Henning Heide-Jorgensen.

Married, two sons.

Education and professional experience

 

1985             

Svendborg Statsgymnasium (sixth-form college), special subjects: classical languages (Greek and Latin).

1986

Law-student at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen.

1990 

Attended lectures at the Department of Classical Studies at the University of Copenhagen.

1992

Master of Laws, January 1992.

1992

Postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen for 6 months from February, the result of which was a small publication on human medicinal products and competition law (see publications list). Supervisor: Professor Kokvedgaard.

1992-1995

Junior lawyer with the Copenhagen law firm of Viltoft & Høberg-Petersen.
Senior lawyer June 1995.

1995-1998

PhD studies (December 1995) at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen. Supervisor: Professor Koktvedgaard.

1998

Admitted to High Court, January 1998.

Spring 1998, studies at Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law, Munich; autumn 1998 studies at New York University.

1999

Assistant professorship at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen.
