Copying and printing in the Law Students' House

Copies/Scanning

  • Copy cards/print cards can be purchased at the Information desk on the 2nd floor, see Price list.
  • Photocopiers are located on the 2nd floor near the Information desk and on the 3rd floor, see Introduction to copying and printing (pdf).
  • It is possible to use the photocopiers to scan documents free of charge. The document can then be sent to an email address as a PDF file, see How to scan (pdf- in Danish).

The library's photocopiers may only be used to copy, print and scan documents for private use according to the rules set out in Section 12 of the Danish Copyright Act. The library disclaims all liability for illegal copying, printing or scanning of documents.

Printing

  • There are printers on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.
  • When printing from a computer, you may use any printer in the Law Students' House, see Introduction to copying and printing (pdf).

Colour prints

  • There is a colour printer in the copy room on the 2nd floor. Please note that it costs DKK 2 per print on the colour printer, regardless of whether you print in colour or b/w.

Miscellaneous

  • Staplers, hole punches, paper clips, tape etc. can be borrowed at the Information desk.
  • The library has two binding machines for spiral binding photocopies, prints, assignments etc. Spiral backs can be purchased at the Information desk, see Price list.
