Secretary Services
Secretary Services is the primary entrance for teachers and researchers to the administration and carries out the following tasks:
1. Operations and development of stable and effective administrative services within teaching, economy and personnel, communication and events as well as secretarial tasks.
2. Support the Faculty of Law's strategic goals and activities within the administration to:
- Keep the organisation transparent
- Deliver the administrative support with dynamics and flexibility
- Be aware of the cost level and efficiency
- Make the workplace attractive as a frame for teamwork and co-operation
Secretary Services is divided into a team of course administrators and a team of administrative officers.
The course administrators
The course administrators handle tasks for academic staff, which relate to study services including assistance in connection with employment and payment of part-time academic staff, course budget and various tasks in connection with semester start and ending.
The administrative officers
The administrative officers handle ad hoc secretarial tasks for academic staff including reception of new employees, appointment of student assistants, buying stationery etc., organisation of travel, general meeting activities, and a limited budget follow-up.
